Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

We ship the item via UPS/USPS/FedEx depending on the address of buyer unless instructed to do differently.

Item ships within one business day after the payment has cleared or same day if paid by 12pm PST unless additional handling stated, it would extend if there is a weekend or holiday in between.

We also offer expedited shipping at an extra cost.

International shipping rate applies to addresses in all other locations Custom/duty/brokerage fees, if any, on Canada and international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Item purchased is shipped from West or East Coast Warehouses of ours depending on availability.

PO Box shipments are limited and have additional shipping costs. Please make sure to choose a physical address. If a PO Box is the only shipping option, please contact us for a quote on additional shipping costs. If you make a purchase and a PO Box is the only address provided you may be contacted to make arrangements to cover additional shipping costs.

Returns Policy: 

All items are shipped in new and original packaging. We are a third-party seller and we offer full manufacturer warranty.

Please make sure you read product specific, warranty terms & conditions of the item from manufacturer website before purchasing. 

Please be advised that any product that has been requested to be returned should include the original packaging and not to be used, test fitted, or opened (applies to certain products only) as we cannot accept used products and there may be additional fees associated with attempted return of such items. 


When returning items that are sold as a set or include additional accessories or parts, please ensure all components are included. If any items are missing from the returned set, your refund will not be processed.

Key points:

Complete sets only:
If you purchased a product that is marketed as a set (like a tool kit or a furniture set), you must return all items within that set to receive a full refund.

Missing parts not accepted:
This applies to individual items that come with additional parts or accessories - all components must be returned together.

No refund for incomplete returns:
If any part of a set or accessory is missing when you return the item, your refund will be denied.

Our listings have generic images, therefore the actual products may vary. 

Any item can be returned within 30 days, buyer is responsible for the return shipping, 20% restocking fee may apply.

All items must be returned unused in original packaging along with the receipt. If a wrong item or a damaged item is returned to us you can not get a refund for your return.
