Fel-Pro 1214 Intake Manifold & Valley Pan Gasket Set – Mopar B Big Block 361/383/400

What it is

Everything needed to seal an intake manifold on a low-deck Mopar big block: the one-piece embossed steel valley pan that seals the lifter valley, plus four composite port gaskets that sit between the pan and the heads. The crossover passages are blocked, which keeps exhaust heat out of the intake and is what most street and performance builds want.

Fits

Mopar B engines: 361, 383 and 400. The RB family (413, 426 Wedge, 440) has a taller deck and uses the longer 1215 set; the 426 Hemi is different again. Works with stock iron and aftermarket aluminum intakes with standard rectangular ports.

Installation

Clean the heads and block rails, lay the pan with the port gaskets aligned, apply RTV at the four corners where pan meets block rails, set the manifold and torque in sequence to spec. Note the blocked crossover: if your car relies on the manifold heat for cold-weather driveability (automatic choke), expect slower warm-up.
