The K&N 63-1587 AirCharger Performance Air Intake System is designed for select 2020-2023 Jeep Wrangler JL and Jeep Gladiator JT models equipped with the 3.0L diesel engine. This performance intake replaces the restrictive factory air intake assembly with a high-flow system engineered to increase airflow to the engine while supporting improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response.

The system features an enclosed air box designed to help protect the air filter and incoming air from engine-bay heat. The air box lid also provides convenient access to the filter without requiring tools, helping make routine filter maintenance easier.

A rotationally molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) intake tube is engineered to increase airflow volume while providing a smooth, application-specific air path. The system is paired with an oversized K&N High-Flow Air Filter featuring washable and reusable oiled cotton filter media.

Under normal highway driving conditions, the oversized conical filter may go up to approximately 100,000 miles between filter services, depending on driving conditions. K&N states that the system can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes.
